Selling Property

Five siblings own a house but the property is still in the deceased parents name. Four siblings want to sell but 1 will not sell. What needs to be done to sell this property without the consent or signature of the fifth sibling?

depending on if the property was in joint tenancy with children, a will, or a trust. If will, then probate, if trust, then trustee can sell (depending on language of trust and other assumptions).
