Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Storm Water Problem

The vacant lot next door is owned by a builder who has graded the property to allow for the future construction of a house. This grading and dirt work has resulted in 100% of the storm water running-off to my front yard. The builder has refuses to correct the problem. What action should I take?

Builder has illegally changed the water flow; so you will need to have a lawyer send a demand letter and, if that does not work, then sue. It should not be overly complicated to win this case. Take pictures to use as evidence; I hope you have some of the tract before the grading, but the builder probably does anyway.
