Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
What is the purpose of asking for copies of TDL & SS card by a defendant? Or even work history & insurance for the past 10 years when no wage loss is being claimed? Some of the questions on the deposition list seem irrelevant to the case.

If you do not like the question, hire a lawyer to object. They use identifying information to do background checks and criminal history checks and credit checks.
