Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

How To Get Your Executive Administrator Back In Court

We need to find a legal solution to remove our brother as the Executor of our parents estate. There are some facts, and figures that are not adding up. Also a lot of money has found other places to go. The executors handbook that was issued to all of us at the hearing to have our brother declared executor to handle our parents affairs has not been followed properly per the booklet. My sister and I do not have any paperwork, or know what has gone on with out parents estate, and our brother is not in exactly the best mental state. Would you please advise what can we do with no money as he has control over all monies. We would like a show cause hearing or something to have him respond to our questions before the probate Judge with paperwork. He is very hard to deal with, and is very rude and demanding to the point of bullying the both of us into signing paperwork we did not want to sign. We were threatened by him in so many unkind ways and this is really a huge problem as we are both ( my sister and I disabled). Need all help we can get. Thank you.

You will need to hire local counsel to act in probate court on your behalf.

Being bullied into signing a document doesn't mean that the document is no good. Coercion will only void the document if you were threatened with immediate and serious bodily harm if you didn't sign.
