My dads mum passed away march 2007- My aunty who dosent like our family, is the lead person on the will- cant remmeber the word they call them. nan has told my sister and i we're in her wil. But our aunty isnt willing to give a copy or tell us anything. There is her house which was left, nan told us we're will be getting half. Can this aunty be protesting the will with out our knowledge. what rights do we have to read the will. It's nearly been a year and we havent heard anything. The Aunty isnt forth coming?.

There would appear to be cause for concern here as there can be little reason why your grandmother's estate has not been administered in the time since her death and legacies paid out. It may well be the case that enquiry will have to be made in the probate registry but to advise fully it will be necessary for us to have further detail in order to consider your best course of action.
