Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
In 2005, I was convicted of a class A misdemeanor for attempted voyeurism. At that time the law in utah indicated that I did not have to register as a sex offender. However, an amended law in 2008 now includes my charge/conviction as a registerable offense. Does this affect me?-or am I O.K. since I was convicted prior to this amendment in the law?

You should be allowed to expunge the conviction.
