Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
I got pulled over last night for having snow on my rear window. (It was snowing) and not having my license plate lit. I did have a couple beers earlier and told the officer too. I did the field tests and then blew in the breathalizer .078. Below legal limit but still arrested. What should I do?
