Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah

warrent

I got charged for marijuana June 2007. I went to court and pled guilty to the charge. I signed a plea and abainice form stating I had to take two U.A. test's with in six months. I moved to go to college and forgot, and did not take the tests. As a result I have a warrent for my arrest. I'm going to Europe next month and can not miss this trip. But I do not want to get into any more trouble. Im clean now so I could test now. What would be the best thing to do?

Re: warrent

Attack the warrant. If you wait, ICE may find you flagged for a warrant. The Utah court is not going to pay to extradite you, so you will be set free. It just might take a few days. THEREFORE I suggest you attack the warrant. Find out which court issued the warrant and hire counsel to quash the warrant and set for hearing. Hire counsel in UT.
