Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My 15 yr old daughter is pregnant a second time by an 18 yr old that my ex-wife allowed to stay over night with my daughter now in an effort to keep me from getting custody of her she has allowed them to get married they live in Utah and I was wondering if charges could still be filed on my ex-wife and the 18 yr old

You could call DCFS and report the situation to see if they can take some action.
