can I get him back

for a year me and my exwife have been going throw a

custidy battle over or son

the only court ruleing is a temp splitt custidy but I have been the mane provider and care taker she sees him every now and then so I had here sign a peace of paper stateing that I

had full fisical custidy for our son and I lett here see him often ( when she made an effort to do so) but I never had the mony to get a attorney to make it pemminet

on 12/17/04 I lett here take him for the day and I asked her to drope him off at 2000 hours and she agreed

at 2130 hours my dad informed me that he had not been droped of so after i got of work at about 2300 i whent to her

house to find out why there she informed me that she wasnt going to lett me take him home

my question is . is there any way i can get him back before we go to court wich could be a minute
