Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

divorce trial

my trial was Feb 12th. the had 60 days to decide, The time is up and i havent heard anything. in the mean time iam not getting the full amount of allimony or child support owed to me & my son. we have a temp order in place now that he is supposed to follow pending the judges ruling..i am falling behind on house payments...because ors is only getting a small amount of what was ordered by the court. he ouit a good job...and took a part time job. i need help...

I'm a little unclear about your question. Who had 60 days to decide and what did they have to decide? If you are not getting paid what has been court ordered, you need to file a motion for order to show cause to take him back to court to enforce the order and get a judgment against him.
