Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

We can't get any information!

I have been trying to get information on my childrens Doctors, Dentist, ect, and my ex wife will not give it to me. She refuses to let me know when they are sick and need medical attention. She has taken my oldest son in to have braces put on even after I told her to wait so that I could look into insurance. The dentist told me that it didn't have to be done right away or at all. It was all cosmetic. I have asked several times for the Doctors name and number. I finally was able to get the Dentist through some digging, but I am have no luck with Doctor. What can I do? I want to be more involved it what goes on but she is so bitter about the divorce. She told me that her new husband is the only one she needs to share that information with. I am missing everything, and I am not able to be there for them when they are sick or anything. I have asked her to go to mediation with me, but she refuses (I even offered to pay for it) She refuses to put me on the kids emergancy list at school! Any help you can give, I would really appreciate it.

File what is called an Order to Show Cause why your ex should not be held in contempt of court for her failure to include you in the raising of your children - assuming you have joint legal custody.

You should have the assistance of an attorney.
