In Utah in an uncontested divorce, how long does it take for divorce to finalize after both parties sign paperwork?

Under the current rules and statutes, there is a 90 day waiting period to finalize a divorce. However, the court has the discretion to waive the waiting period upon a showing by one of the parties that it's in everyone's best interests that it be waived and the divorce finalized as soon as possible.
