Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah
My daughter was dropped from program at an area tech college. The program was seven months and she was in her last four days. They said she was dishonest on her time card. She did not fill it out correctly but it was an HONEST mistake. Do we have any hope?

Appeal, the tech school should have some system to appeal. Otherwise, sue for the cost of tuition and books in small claims court.
