In the State of Utah, can an attoerney who is representing A client in a divorce case, also represent the same client in a protective order case?

Also, does sending a letter or package, addressed, to your two year old daughter, be considerd violating a protective order? if, someone could emaial me a copy of such codes, or atleast a web link for such code, it would be very appreciated. it is very important, that i find this and get a reply, as soon as possible.

thank you!!!

Re: protective oreder

An attorney can represent the same client in any number of issues, including a divorce and protective order.

The terms of the protective order set forth whether or not you are in violation by sending a package. If the order states that you have no contact with the child, then you cannot send the child a package.
