person threatened me

I got a threatening email. Can I

press any charges on this person?

sent, edited for language: spring

break i will be in utah for a week to

spend with her and some advice for u

id mind ur *explitive* own before

that mongoloid little face of urs gets

jacked up even more

That's clearly threatening language. You should go to the courthouse and obtain a protective order as soon as possible. I would recommend that you bring a printout of the email with you when you go to court.
