Legal Question in Workers Comp in Utah

I am 7 months out of surgery for a SLAP Repair from a accident at work and am about to have a rating done. I am no where back to what I was before the April of 08 accident. My doctor is talking about PPD at 22 years old, and I need to know what action I should take in regarding a settlement.

I do not feel like I can return to doing manual labor like that my entire job history has been. Workers Comp (Broadspire) has dragged me though the ditch with with from loosing my paper work, to crap doctors. What action should I take?

You should consider getting independent analysis of your injury and condition. You should also not settle with WC unless you are convinced you have the best settlement possible and that it is sufficient for your needs.

You may call for a free consultation.
