Legal Question in Criminal Law in Vermont
Marijuana posession
my son recently was picked up by the
local police with a small bag of
marijuana in his pocket. His friend
got a dwi, so they patted him down
as well.
I live in Vermont, and I understand
there is a citation issued, like a
ticket? He appears in court soon and
I hope the state laws are leanient.
What will I expect?

Marijuana is decriminalized in Massachusetts, but if this is in Vermont, you need to repost this.
