Subpeona email from past private employer

I have been granted an appeal for an EEOC case whereas the employer claim not--name removed--have knowledge of my disability. I am more than positive I can substantiate my claim with an email that was originated by me, sent--name removed--HR and CC'd--name removed--my mgmt team. Without an attorney, will I be able--name removed--subpeona the email?

Yes, once a case is filed in court, you should be able to subpoena documents that are relevant to your claim(s).
