what can i do

I was arrested for the same thing twice and have already been to court why do u have to go back to court or could i sue for been arrested twice and have already been to court.

Sure, you could sue, but it would likely get you nowhere. Although, you can only be tried and convicted once for the same crime, that prohibition does not apply to arrests which could happen more than once for the same crime and for a variety of reasons, which apparently describes your particular situation
