Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
I am considering filing for Bankruptcy, but the main reason is to include $32,000 from Defense Finance and accounting service (DFAS) from when i was in the military. Is money owed to DFAS on the non-dischargable list?

No reason it would not be dischargeable, unless it was debt incurred by fraud, willful and malicious injury, theft, etc.
