Legal Question

Property

Have an exhusband/business partner who was supposed to sell company equipment and provide me with the proceeds. He has disappeared and I need to know if there is anything legally I can do. This equipment has still not been discharged from the bankruptcy I filed for in Dec 2006. So if the trustee wants this equipment I can't produce it now.
