credit problems

i am a self employed contractor that it has become impossible to make my credit card payments, and was told by CCCS that my income is too low for their program, what can credit card companies do to me?

Re: credit problems

Within the limits of fair credit laws the creditor can attempt to collect it from you, and, proceed to judgment on the debt. If they succeed and you do not have a defense they may obtain an order that they can attempt to collect on against your property.
