Incorrect information

Does a incorrect social security number on a contract make the contract invaild? It would be a on a purchaser's aggreement from a used car lot

It might depend. Are we talking about a typographical error? If so, this would probably not void a contract. If the buyer deliberately used another's id to qualify for a purchase, that might render the contract voidable by the seller. There is mich more information needed to render a detailed answer. You might want to review the contract with an attorney.
