False information. I had to close my bank account and everything in fear that He would steall ever penny I have. On Sat 2/25/11 After waiting all day for him to call or text me I called and he gave me the run around. He seem as if he was running a scam. He is 48 years old and told me he was 38, also told me he was not a US citzen, and He needed to move in with me because he was homeless, his family had disown him after hearing everything i figured out he was just a con man. I need help all I have are text messages and a verball contact. I'm a single parent of 2 kids. I dont give away money. I thought I was helping someone I was dating but I got con. Please help. Do I have a case in small claims court? Because it was a con or what is there for me to do so that he does not do this to anyone else?

Yes, you would appear to most certainly have a viable claim against

this con man in small claims court. But, first you'll have

to get him properly served with the lawsuit papers.
