Can a passenger get a ticket if a minor is passed curfew driving, and an adult is with as a passenger ,and what would the ticket be for the passenger exactly?

No, I am not aware of any such violation for an adult in the circumstances

described. If a ticket were given, it would be to the minor

who would likely have to answer for it in J&DR;court (my opinion).

I might amend the above answer to include the possibility that if it were way past the curfew deadline, i.e., 3 or 4 am in the circumstance described, the adult might possibly be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor if s/he could provide no credible explanation for his or her presence

in the vehicle at such an hour.
