Serving an underage person

I was set up - and served a person(who looked 25 or older) a beer. I would like to know if there is a program in virginia (TAPS?) that I could attend before I have to go to court. THANKS-GLENDA

Yes, many jurisdictions in Virginia have the TAPS program. (It may be, however, that you cannot attend it until you've been convicted of the offense and completion of this program is included as part of your probation.)
