Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

Effect of Ohio DUI conviction on Virginia Driving Priveleges

I was convicted of a DUI in Ohio on my Virginia license(only DUI, but high breath reading). My driving priveleges in Ohio are suspended for 6 months. Will my driving priveleges in Virgina be suspended? if yes, for how long? Thank You.

If the Virginia DMV learns of the suspension, it could suspend your VA license for the same period of time. However, you could also possibly petition your local court for a restricted license during the period of suspension.
