I have legal adoption and custody of my wife's children since 2004. she passed away in feb. 2008. now the paternity father is harrassing us. what rights does he have for the children? what rights do i have?

If you have legally adopted these children, that means that all of the biological father's parental rights with respect to these children have been legally terminated, and that he has no rights with respect to them at all; none whatsoever.
