Child-New Wife-Girlfriend
Mother has custody of thirteen year old son. Son spends every Saturday night with Father. Parents are divorced. Can son spend the night with Father and father's girl friend? If father and girl friend sleep in same bed? What options dose mother have if that happens?

Mother can petition to have order governing custody and visatation amended to specify that father will have no girlfriends staying overnight with him during his son's visatation period.
