Children moving out of state (VA)

My ex is moving out of state to

Florida and i currently have joint

custody of our daughters. I do not

want them to move. Right now it is

ordered that i pick them up every day

from school and they stay overnight

every wednesday and every other

weekend. Can she with out me

agreeing break this order?? What can

i do to stop her??

File a motion immediately with the court having jurisdiction over the custody matter to contest the move as not in the best interests of your children.
