Can an attorney except money from you and guide you if he has already excrpted money from your spouse?

Yes, it certainly could have the potential for a conflict of interest on the part of the attorney if the matter in which he or she was "guiding" you on was essentially the same or related to the one in which the lawyer represented the spouse.

It depends on what you mean by "guide" you. The attorney may not give advice to both sides! So if you mean that the attorney gave both you and your spouse advice then that is not permitted.
