Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Entrustment agreement- temporary custody??

My son wants to move in with his Dad in Wisconsin. Our divorce was in Virginia, and I have physical custody. I have agreed to send my son now, and allow my husband to enroll my child in school, take him to the doctor, etc. His lawyer wrote up an ''entrustment agreement'' and is trying to tell me that is what it is used for. Isn't an entrustment agreement to relinquish my parental rights?? All I wanted to to was allow my son to move in with his dad.

Re: Entrustment agreement- temporary custody??

A temporary entrustment agreement is not an instrument for either the relinquishment or termination of parental rights and is commonly used for the purposes which you have described.
