Can I use it in court

I am going through a nasty divorce. My

husband has hired a lawyer , John

Pritchard, who is very well connected.

He is a hard hitter and my lawyer is too

nice. My husband has done things that

caused me to have to leave like verbal

abuse. I have filed on a physical abuse

incident. If I hire someone, and he

admits to them what he did to drive me

out, is it admissable in court?
