Pro bono

I have an order of protection from my husband & need a divorce. I was told that I might be able to find a local attorney to help me for free. How would I go about doing this?

Not too likely, unless you meet the minimum income requirements of one of the low cost legal services

providers in your area. Northern Virginia Legal Services is one such provider of these services in the Commonwealth. Blue Ridge Legal Services which serves the western and southerly areas of the state is another.
