Relationship and trafic violation

My husband and I got married 10 months ago, He really want a car but has the money and did not have credit. I helped him out signing the car loan. He has been taking trafic tickets and those tickets are coming under my name what should I do?

Better get your name off the car note by refinancing the loan only in your husband's name and paying off the existing one. Otherwise, as the owner or co-owner of record of the vehicle,

you'll keep getting the tickets.

One other possibility: Either your husband stops getting tickets or he has to give up the vehicle.
