Subpoena notification requirements

Can my work cell phone records be subpoened without my knowledge or notification? If those records were requested, would I know?

The government can get your phone records without you knowing it. Opposing counsel in a civil case would have to file a subpoena with the court and it would be thre in the file for you to see (if you look).
