judge as victim
the question is about a judge who was a victim of a defendant. listed in an indictment against the defendant. later the judge ruled in another matter involving this same man he was a victim of. would this be legal for the judge to do so?

To further address this question, it needs to be clarified as to what way or in what manner the judge was supposedly a "victim of (this) defendant".
