Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Does 18.2-119 - tresspass charge have any immigration issues? Is this inadmissible? (30days in jail/30 days suspended, 6 months probation). Planning to travel abroad. Will I be deported when I come back to United States?

Inadmissible for what purpose? Trespass is not normally
considered a so-called CIMT(Crime Involving Moral Turpitude) by U.S. immigration authorities and a conviction for such an offense
should therfore have no consequences for one's immigration status.
