Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Gratuity server forced to wash dishes?

I was wondering, if while waiting on tables for $2.13 @hr if my managers can make me do other peoples jobs that are usually paid $9 - $13 @hr? i.e. dish washer or even cook. They are doing this to save on labor and to make bonus which is not in any way passed onto servers. All the managers are using the statment this is an ''At-will'' state and we can tell you to do anything or you can quit or be terminated.

Unless you're covered by an employment contract provision which forbids this kind of practice, I regret to report that they're correct.
