What under the Labor Laws of Virginia protects an employee if his/her employer blackmails that employee: did not want to approve the travel request as the employee refused to sign the BOGUS and inaccurate Appraisal document with gross irregularities

I regret to report that what you've described as blackmail(normally a crime) would not seem to comport with the accepted definition as extortion or coercion by threats (often of public exposure or the initiation of criminal proceedings against the victim).
