Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

I am a nurse who needs a lawyer

I am a RN and I am being charged with stealing medication even though i took a drug test that came up negative. I am also being charged with with holding medication from a patient and well as not documenting a medicine for a patient. There is no proof of any of this. I want a lawyer to represent me for my trial because i feel as though my licensure is trying to be taken.
