Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Auto accident/personal injury

Can an insurance company deny payment for chiropractic care for a whiplash injury, when they have claimed total liability on the part of their client in the auto accident I was in. They claim chiropractors are not real doctors and refuse to pay.

Of course, the insurance carrier can refuse to pay

your medical bills incurred by the negigence or other misdeeds of their client. Your remedy, then, is to sue their client for your damages, including the cost of your chiropractic care, if that's part of your treatment/recovery regimen.
