Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I live in Virginia and purchased a used vehicle about 15 months ago. I just recently have had an extensive amount of work and still need more done, but the specialist that worked on my vehicle was very familiar with my truck. He knew a lot about it and informed me it was in a big accident. I was told it was never in accident and had a clean carfax??? Any suggestions???

Rather than being told by someone, get a recent carfax report yourself which corroborates what this so-called specialist is claiming

before you think about starting a lawsuit over this matter.
