Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Property managment POA

I have my parents POA, reguarding all properties, rental and otherwise. While I know I need to have this document in my possession when attending meetings and voting on their behalf. It is not required by law in Virginia, for the HOA board members to have a copy of this document, is it???
