Will deed be clear if stated to go to heirs ''forever''

i'm looking at property that has at the end of deed to beleft to heirs forever if heirs want to sell will deed be clear?

"and his heirs" is old language that does not require that the property go to any heirs, but rather that it conveys a full "fee simple absolute" interest. If the current owner(s) sell it, the buyer owns it free and clear of the sellers and their heirs. But, as always in a real estate transaction, have an attorney review the title and conduct the settlement, and buy title insurance to guarantee that you get good title.
