Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Driving record, incorrect, 2 false convictions

Went for a recent job interview, could not get the job because of my driving record. My potential employer sent me the record they pulled on me, turns out I have to convictions with someone else's name on my record, add that to my already not so great record and the repot says my license is restricted. The guys name is very similar to mine but not the same. Can I sue DMV? If I get pulled over right now I woud most likely go to jail. What do I do?

No, you could not sue the DMV and win as this agency as part of the Commonwealth's government undoubtedly has immunity for this kind of matter.

Your best approach is to work with the DMV in getting the errors on your official DMV record properly resolved.
