Ticket For Speeding in Fairfax County 57/35

I need to know what can I do to get the ticket dismiss. I was doing 57/35 . Officer did not charge me reckless. I pulled up my driving record its clean. I need someone who can guide me as to how I can beat this ticket.

I doubt that you'll "beat it", but if you display a properly remorseful attitude and demeanor before the prosecutor before trial, explaining any mitigating circumstances which might apply, you might succeed in getting the speed reduced 10 or so miles in return for your plea of guilty to the infraction.

There will be significant opportunity to defend the claim if you seek information about the speed assessment device. Review 46.2-882 of the Code of Virginia with regards to the government's burdens in establishing speed of a vehicle during trial with radar/lidar devices.
