Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Hello Found out parent had passed away 6 months later (hadn't been in contact

in several months prior (not abnormal) by a relative who just before had gotten close and took executorship from the state and denied knowing any of

the children or our whereabouts while cleaning out the house of all money and assets. After contacting us, he and lawyer found a will, then later found another (we feel is a forgery). The second names me and some unknown attorney as co-executors. What can I do at this point?

If the relative got qualified as executor, contact the Commissioner of Accounts to describe the circumstances and determine whether the executor has done anything wrong. Do not do nothing.
