OK let me try this again. I have a questionaire from my employer's w/c insure's lawyer. ''have you ever filed a workers comp. claim before''.
I have received benefits from a w/c insurer when I had a hernia. Does that mean I filed a clai?

Check with the Virginia workers compensation commission to see if a claim was ever filed for your hernia. They will do a search for you based on your SS Number.
